I was ordained a priest secretly during the night by a pious bishop who himself suffered for the sake of the faith. In the first year of my priesthood I had the experience of being expelled from Tadzhikistan by the KGB.<\/p>\n T\u00f4i ho\u00e0n th\u00e0nh n\u1ec1n h\u1ecdc v\u1ea5n \u0111\u00e0o t\u1ea1o linh m\u1ee5c trong m\u1ed9t ch\u1ee7ng vi\u1ec7n h\u1ea7m tr\u00fa th\u1eddi Li\u00ean Bang S\u00f4 Vi\u1ebft. Then I served 20 years as bishop, initially as bishop of five states in Central Asia with a total area of around four million square kilometers.<\/p>\n In my ministry as a bishop I had contact with Pope Saint John Paul II, with many bishops, priests and faithful in different countries and under different circumstances. I was member of some assemblies of the Synod of Bishops in the Vatican which covered themes such as \u201cAsia\u201d and \u201cThe Eucharist\u201d.<\/p>\n Sau \u0111\u00f3, trong su\u1ed1t 30 n\u0103m s\u1ed1ng t\u1ea1i Kazakhstan, t\u00f4i ph\u1ee5c v\u1ee5 10 n\u0103m trong t\u01b0 c\u00e1ch linh m\u1ee5c, ch\u0103m s\u00f3c gi\u00e1o d\u00e2n cho 81 gi\u00e1o \u0111i\u1ec3m. These are my convictions and they are dictated by my love of the Church and by the desire for her authentic renewal in Christ. But at the same time the voice of my conscience will not allow me to remain silent, while the work of God is being slandered. Jesus Christ founded the Catholic Church and showed us in word and deed how one should fulfill the will of God. The apostles to whom He bestowed authority in the Church, fulfilled with zeal the duty entrusted to them, suffering for the sake of the truth which had to be preached, since they \u201cobeyed God rather than men\u201d.<\/p>\n T\u00f4i bi\u1ebft c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 s\u1ebd c\u00f3 nh\u1eefng ph\u1ea3n \u1ee9ng v\u1ec1 b\u1ee9c th\u01b0 ng\u1ecf n\u00e0y c\u1ee7a t\u00f4i. Some Nuncios have become propagators of liberalism and modernism. They have acquired expertise in the principle \u201csub secreto Pontificio\u201d, by which one manipulates and silences the mouths of the bishops. And that what the Nuncio tells them appears as it would be almost certainly the wish of the Pope. With such methods one separates the bishops from one another to the effect that the bishops of a country can no longer speak with one voice in the spirit of Christ and His Church in defending faith and morals. This means that, in order not to fall into disfavour with the Nuncio some bishops accept their recommendations, which are sometimes based on nothing other than on their own words. Instead of zealously spreading the faith, courageously preaching the doctrine of Christ, standing firm in the defense of\u00a0truth and of morals, the meetings of the Bishops\u2019 Conferences often deal with issues which are foreign to the nature of the duties of the successors of the apostles.<\/p>\n B\u1ea5t h\u1ea1nh thay, trong th\u1eddi bu\u1ed5i ch\u00fang ta, c\u00e0ng ng\u00e0y c\u00e0ng hi\u1ec3n nhi\u00ean l\u00e0 Vatican, qua ph\u1ee7 qu\u1ed1c v\u1ee5, \u0111\u00e3 \u0111i theo \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng l\u1ed1i \u0111\u00fang \u0111\u1eafn x\u00e9t v\u1ec1 ph\u01b0\u01a1ng di\u1ec7n ch\u00ednh tr\u1ecb [1]. C\u00e1c ng\u00e0i \u0111\u00e3 l\u00e3o luy\u1ec7n trong nguy\u00ean t\u1eafc \u201csub secreto pontificio – thu\u1ed9c b\u00ed m\u1eadt c\u1ee7a \u0111\u1ee9c gi\u00e1o ho\u00e0ng\u201d V\u00ec nguy\u00ean t\u1eafc n\u00e0y, ng\u01b0\u1eddi ta sai khi\u1ebfn v\u00e0 \u00e1p \u0111\u1eb7t c\u00e1c gi\u00e1m m\u1ee5c ph\u1ea3i im mi\u1ec7ng. V\u00e0 \u0111i\u1ec1u \u0111\u00f3 c\u00f3 ngh\u0129a l\u00e0 nh\u1eefng g\u00ec v\u1ecb kh\u00e2m s\u1ee9 n\u00f3i v\u1edbi c\u00e1c gi\u00e1m m\u1ee5c c\u00f3 v\u1ebb nh\u01b0 h\u1ea7u ch\u1eafc \u0111\u00f3 l\u00e0 \u00fd c\u1ee7a \u0111\u1ee9c gi\u00e1o ho\u00e0ng. Thay v\u00ec nhi\u1ec7t th\u00e0nh qu\u1ea3ng b\u00e1 \u0111\u1ee9c tin, can \u0111\u1ea3m rao truy\u1ec1n gi\u00e1o l\u00fd Ch\u00faa Kyt\u00f4, ki\u00ean v\u1eefng b\u1ea3o v\u1ec7 s\u1ef1 th\u1eadt v\u00e0 lu\u00e2n l\u00fd, c\u00e1c cu\u1ed9c h\u1ecdp c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c H\u1ed9i \u0111\u1ed3ng Gi\u00e1m m\u1ee5c th\u01b0\u1eddng ch\u1ec9 b\u00e0n \u0111\u1ebfn nh\u1eefng v\u1ea5n \u0111\u1ec1 xa l\u1ea1 v\u1edbi b\u1ea3n ch\u1ea5t c\u1ee7a tr\u00e1ch v\u1ee5 nh\u1eefng ng\u01b0\u1eddi k\u1ebf v\u1ecb c\u00e1c T\u00f4ng \u0111\u1ed3. \u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n <\/p>\n One can observe at all levels of the Church an obvious decrease of the \u201csacrum\u201d. The \u201cspirit of the world\u201d feeds the shepherds. The sinners give the Church the instructions for how she has to serve them. In their embarrassment the Pastors are silent on the current problems and abandon the sheep while they are feeding themselves. The world is tempted by the devil and opposes the doctrine of Christ. Nevertheless the Pastors are obliged to teach the whole truth about God and men \u201cin season and out\u201d.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Ng\u01b0\u1eddi ta c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 nh\u1eadn th\u1ea5y c\u00f3 m\u1ed9t s\u1ef1 sa s\u00fat r\u00f5 r\u1ec7t v\u1ec1 \u201c\u0111i\u1ec1u thi\u00eang th\u00e1nh\u201d trong m\u1ecdi t\u1ea7ng l\u1edbp Gi\u00e1o h\u1ed9i. \u201cTinh th\u1ea7n th\u1ebf t\u1ee5c\u201d\u00a0 \u0111ang nu\u00f4i s\u1ed1ng c\u00e1c m\u1ee5c t\u1eed. Ng\u01b0\u1eddi t\u1ed9i l\u1ed7i l\u1ea1i \u0111\u01b0a ra c\u00e1c ch\u1ec9 v\u1ebd \u0111\u1ec3 Gi\u00e1o h\u1ed9i bi\u1ebft ph\u1ea3i l\u00e0m sao ph\u1ee5c v\u1ee5 h\u1ecd. D\u1eabu th\u1ebf, c\u00e1c M\u1ee5c t\u1eed v\u1eabn c\u00f3 b\u1ed5n ph\u1eadn ph\u1ea3i d\u1ea1y d\u1ed7 tr\u1ecdn v\u1eb9n s\u1ef1 th\u1eadt v\u1ec1 Thi\u00ean Ch\u00faa v\u00e0 con ng\u01b0\u1eddi, d\u00f9 \u201cg\u1eb7p th\u1eddi thu\u1eadn ti\u1ec7n hay kh\u00f4ng.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n <\/p>\n However, during the reign of the last holy Popes one could observe in the Church the greatest disorder concerning the purity of the doctrine and the sacredness of the liturgy, in which Jesus Christ is not paid the visible honour which he is due. In not a few Bishop\u2019s Conferences the best bishops are \u201cpersona non grata\u201d. Christ was recognized by men as one who spoke and worked, as one, who had power and this power He bestowed upon His apostles. In today\u2019s world the bishops must liberate themselves from all worldly bonds and \u2013 after they have done penance \u2013 convert to Christ so that strengthened by the Holy Spirit they may announce Christ as the one and only Saviour. Ultimately one must give account to God for all that was done and for all what wasn’t done.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Th\u1eddi ch\u00fang ta hi\u1ec7n nay, ti\u1ebfng n\u00f3i \u0111a s\u1ed1 c\u00e1c gi\u00e1m m\u1ee5c l\u1ea1i g\u1ed1ng s\u1ef1 im l\u1eb7ng c\u1ee7a \u0111o\u00e0n c\u1eebu tr\u01b0\u1edbc b\u1ea7y s\u00f3i hung h\u0103ng. In the issue of the appointment of new bishops and even cardinals it is becoming increasingly apparent that sometimes preference is given to those who share a particular ideology or to some groupings which are alien to the Church and which have commissioned the appointment of a particular candidate. Furthermore it appears that sometimes consideration is given also to the favour of the mass media which usually makes a mockery of holy candidates painting a negative picture of them, whereas the candidates who in a lesser degree own the spirit of Christ are praised as open and modern. The Pope tried to change something in the Roman Curia, however he has not succeeded. He becomes older and things resume their usual former course\u201d.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n At the beginning of the pontificate of Pope Benedict XVI, I wrote a letter to him in which I begged him to appoint holy bishops. I reported to him the story of a German layman who in the face of the degradation of the Church in his country after the Second Vatican Council, remained faithful to Christ and gathered young people for adoration and prayer. This man had been close to death and when he learned about the election of the new Pope he said: \u201cWhen Pope Benedict will use his pontificate solely for the purpose to appoint worthy, good and faithful bishops, he will have fulfilled his task\u201d.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n M\u1ed9t v\u1ecb kh\u00e2m s\u1ee9 \u0111\u00e3 cho t\u00f4i bi\u1ebft: \u201cTh\u1eadt \u0111\u00e1ng ti\u1ebfc \u0111\u1ee9c gi\u00e1o ho\u00e0ng [Gioan Phaol\u00f4 \u0111\u1ec7 Nh\u1ecb] \u0111\u00e3 kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u00edch th\u00e2n can d\u1ef1 v\u00e0o vi\u1ec7c b\u1ed5 nhi\u1ec7m c\u00e1c gi\u00e1m m\u1ee5c. \u0110\u1ee9c gi\u00e1o ho\u00e0ng c\u1ed1 g\u1eafng thay \u0111\u1ed5i ch\u00fat n\u00e0o \u0111\u00f3 trong Gi\u00e1o tri\u1ec1u R\u00f4ma, nh\u01b0ng ng\u00e0i kh\u00f4ng th\u00e0nh c\u00f4ng. It is difficult to believe that Pope Benedict XVI freely renounced his ministry as successor of Peter. Pope Benedict XVI was the head of the Church, his entourage however has barely translated his teachings into life, bypassed them often in silence or has rather obstructed his initiatives for an authentic reform of the Church, of the liturgy, of the manner to administer Holy Communion. In view of a great secrecy in the Vatican for many bishops it was realistically impossible to help the Pope in his duty as head and governor of the whole Church.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Ti\u1ebfc thay, r\u00f5 r\u00e0ng \u0111\u1ee9c gi\u00e1o ho\u00e0ng Bi\u1ec3n \u0110\u1ee9c XVI \u0111\u00e3 th\u01b0\u1eddng kh\u00f4ng th\u00e0nh c\u00f4ng trong v\u1ea5n \u0111\u1ec1 n\u00e0y. Th\u1eadt kh\u00f3 m\u00e0 tin r\u1eb1ng \u0111\u1ee9c gi\u00e1o ho\u00e0ng Bi\u1ec3n \u0110\u1ee9c \u0111\u00e3 t\u1eeb nhi\u1ec7m trong t\u1ef1 do t\u00e1c v\u1ee5 k\u1ebf v\u1ecb th\u00e1nh Ph\u00ear\u00f4. \u0110\u1ee9c gi\u00e1o ho\u00e0ng Bi\u1ec3n \u0110\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ee9ng \u0111\u1ea7u Gi\u00e1o h\u1ed9i, tuy nhi\u00ean c\u00e1c ph\u1ee5 t\u00e1 th\u00e2n c\u1eadn c\u1ee7a ng\u00e0i g\u1ea7n nh\u01b0 kh\u00f4ng s\u1ed1ng c\u00e1c gi\u00e1o hu\u1ea5n c\u1ee7a Ng\u00e0i, im l\u1eb7ng b\u1ecf qua, hay l\u1ea1i c\u00f2n ng\u0103n tr\u1edf c\u00e1c s\u00e1ng ki\u1ebfn c\u1ea3i t\u1ed5 ch\u00e2n ch\u00ednh cho Gi\u00e1o h\u1ed9i, v\u1ec1 ph\u01b0\u01a1ng di\u1ec7n ph\u1ee5ng v\u1ee5, v\u1ec1 c\u00e1ch cho R\u01b0\u1edbc L\u1ec5. X\u00e9t v\u00ec c\u00f3 m\u1ed9t m\u00e0n b\u00ed m\u1eadt l\u1edbn trong Vatican, n\u00ean \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi nhi\u1ec1u gi\u00e1m m\u1ee5c, qu\u1ea3 t\u00ecnh h\u1ea7u nh\u01b0 kh\u00f4ng th\u1ec3 gi\u00fap \u0111\u1ee9c gi\u00e1o ho\u00e0ng trong nhi\u1ec7m v\u1ee5 l\u00e3nh \u0111\u1ea1o v\u00e0 \u0111i\u1ec1u h\u00e0nh to\u00e0n th\u1ec3 Gi\u00e1o h\u1ed9i.<\/em><\/p>\n <\/p>\n It will not be superfluous to remind my brothers in the episcopacy of an affirmation made by an Italian masonic lodge from the year 1820: \u201cOur work is a work of a hundred years. Let us leave the elder people and let us go to the youth. The seminarians will become priests with our liberal ideas. We shall not flatter ourselves with false hopes. We will not make the Pope a\u00a0Freemason. However liberal\u00a0bishops, who will work in the entourage of the Pope, will propose to him in the task of governing the Church such thoughts and ideas which are advantageous for us and the Pope will implement them into life<\/i>\u201d. This intention of the Freemasons is being implemented more and more openly, not only thanks to the declared enemies of the Church but with the connivance of false witnesses who occupy some high hierarchical office in the Church. It is not without reason that Blessed Paul VI said:\u00a0\u201cThe spirit of Satan penetrated through a crack inside the Church\u201d<\/i>. I think that this crack has become in our days quite wide and the devil uses all forces in order to subvert the Church of Christ. To avoid this, it is necessary to return to the precise and clear proclamation of the Gospel on all levels of ecclesiastical ministry, for the Church possesses all power and grace which Christ gave to her:\u00a0\u201cAll power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go therefore, and teach all nations. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and I am with you always unto the end of the world\u201d\u00a0<\/i>(Mt 28, 18-20), \u201cthe truth will set you free<\/i>\u201d (John 8, 32) and \u201clet your word be Yes, yes; No, no: for whatsoever is more than these comes of evil<\/i>\u201d (Mt 5, 37).
