Seguramente Ivereigh no sab\u00eda que la Constituci\u00f3n que rige los c\u00f3nclaves, la Universi Dominici Gregis,<\/em> establece penas de excomuni\u00f3n latae sententiae<\/em> (es decir autom\u00e1tica, sin necesidad de declaraci\u00f3n por parte de nadie) para los cardenales que promuevan votos a favor de algun otro cardenal (Art. 81, 82, 83).<\/p>\n Los responsables de ese cabildeo estuvieron excomulgados de inmediato, ipso facto<\/em>, y eo ipso<\/em>, seg\u00fan el derecho can\u00f3ninico, y dejaron de formar parte de la Iglesia. M\u00e1s a\u00fan, la Constituci\u00f3n se\u00f1ala que tambi\u00e9n la persona que acept\u00f3 ese lobbing<\/em> qued\u00f3 excomulgada. Piqu\u00e9 supo, por el mismo Francisco, lo que sucedi\u00f3 dentro del c\u00f3nclave. El otro libro es del famoso vatican\u00f3logo Antonio Socci “Non \u00e8 Francesco”<\/em> (El Papa no es Francisco).<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Qu\u1ea3 bom th\u1ee9 ba l\u00e0 vi\u1ec7c ph\u00e1t h\u00e0nh hai cu\u1ed1n s\u00e1ch nh\u1ea5n m\u1ea1nh \u0111\u1ebfn nh\u1eefng b\u1ea5t th\u01b0\u1eddng nghi\u00eam tr\u1ecdng x\u1ea3y ra trong cu\u00f4c M\u1eadt ngh\u1ecb b\u1ea7u \u0111\u1ee9c Phanxic\u00f4. Esa cuarta votaci\u00f3n la gan\u00f3 el Cardenal Angelo Scola de Mil\u00e1n<\/a> (la misma Conferencia Episcopal Italiana emiti\u00f3 un bolet\u00edn <\/a>felicitando a Scola por haber sido electo Papa).\u2028 La votaci\u00f3n se anul\u00f3 indebidamente. Si, en cambio, lleva dos nombres diversos, se anulan ambas papeletas y ninguno de los dos votos es v\u00e1lido. Pero claramente establece: “en ninguno de los dos casos se deber\u00e1 anular la elecci\u00f3n”. En este caso, hubo una papeleta blanca de m\u00e1s.
